About Kathy Allen

Wife, mother, servant-leader, professional.

Kathy Allen was born and raised in Houston, Texas, but made her way to Aggieland as soon as she could in 1998 to attend Texas A&M. She fell in love with the community and made it her permanent home. Kathy started her career in mortgage information systems, but quickly learned she did not want to be behind the scenes, but working directly with those fulfilling the dream of home ownership. She was licensed in 2010 and has enjoyed every minute of helping buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers fulfill their real estate dreams. Kathy was raised in a home of servant leadership and has carried that with her throughout her life. She has served on the national, state, and local levels with Women’s Council of REALTORS®, she has served with the Bryan College Station Association of REALTORS® on numerous committees, with St. Joseph’s Church as a religious education teacher, and on several other organization boards and committees. She is very active with Bryan ISD and her biggest accomplishment with them was leading a bond committee for a $132 million dollar bond.
