Negotiation
Your long-term best interest is our highest priority. Our goal is to make the negotiation process one that is transparent and most favorable to you. Kathy and Tamara will inform you of all your rights and responsibilities related to the contract, every step of the way.
The home stretch
An accepted offer is only the beginning. In the time you have left before closing, Kathy and Tamara will guide you through Professional home inspections, fulfilling lender requirements, acquiring insurance, and the appraisal process.
